get involved!

that’s quite simple:

1_if you have small design/fabrication tools to share using media that we currently cover, do it and observe the effects. most of the things you’ve started, but have currently no time or no idea how to continue with, can become source of inspiration for many people. sharing is not charity in this case. it’s a great way to learn and evaluate your way of thinking outside of your context [school, office, city, country, culture].

2_if you’ve found anything that people shared useful or beautiful, and used it in any context, show it. link the tool/technique with it’s effects to give feedback to it’s authors and the community [for example like this]. if you improved it, and you don’t need it anymore -look at 1_

3_if you need other media, than we currently cover, just add a node to our network-anything that can be linked back and forth is just right. you can use the same or similar name, so that it is easier to find us. you can administer it yourself or give us admin rights.

4_if there is a specific topic you would like to address, just add the node to our network. it can be called oaod.specific_topic and linked to other nodes. this can be a video channel, picture gallery, code sharing group, discussion forum, wiki, blog…just anything that can host multiple contributions.
